Point Prevalence Survey
The survey is designed to:

• Identify risk factors associated with patient falls.
• Assess adherence to established fall prevention protocols.
• Promote evidence-based practices and enhance understanding of fall events.

• Adult inpatient units

Participation requires an active Baxter Survey Portal account.
